My grandmother comes to knoxville twice a year to visit
and both times she has stayed at this location your staff has gone above and beyond very courteous and professional. They have gone outo f the way to make her stay as comfortable as possible.

I can't tell you how excited the group was about your hotel. They thought it was the best place they had ever been in - note that this includes 40 years of traveling which this group has under their belts.
Therefore, I would like to request a copy of the book published by Mainstay Suites for locations around the country. Under the circumstances, it would be in my best interest to try to use your hotels whenever I have groups traveling.
Thanks for all your help and as stated, I will definitely be sending more groups your way.

We found our stay most enjoyable. Upon arrival the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be returning, as business puts us in the area most weekends. Your staff is extremely hospitable and professional.
